About the job CFO (IPO) / Entertainment business

  • Lead, direct, and manage the finance and accounting team.
  • Manage fiscal activities, including forecasting, budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee fundraising plans and evaluate capital structure and cash flow.
  • Identify and address financial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop internal controls and corrective actions to minimize risk.
  • Provide strategic financial recommendations and implementation.
  • Establish relationships with management, auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Advise on long-term business and financial planning for sustainable growth.
  • Drive digital transformation in financial and accounting activities.
  • Stay updated on financial and accounting trends, policies, and developments to align with the company's business.

Requirements:

  • Thai native speaker
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 15 years of direct experience in corporate or audit field of Finance or Accounting which including 10 years in managerial level
  • Experience working in multinational business environment with good understanding of global processes and transactional flows.
  • Experience in IPO process
  • CPA is a strong advantage
