  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
  • Use diverse sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events, to find potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, either individually or with other hiring team members.
  • Keep candidate records and monitor their progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
  • Facilitate the hiring process by extending job offers, negotiating salaries, and conducting background and reference checks.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation of new hires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Recruiter and possess a strong understanding of recruiting practices and principles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Experienced with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and maintain a positive attitude while working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good command in English.
