Accounting System Consultant (Manager - Senior Manager/ Director)

Client Information:
Our client is one of a very famous business consulting firm in Thailand. They are looking for ERP Consultant for Accounting & Finance who has these following experiences to be responsible for below details.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience as a Project Manager (in IT consulting firm is preferable) on consulting or implementing SAP FI, CO, HANA, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, NetSuit, etc.
2. Candidate for Director level must have experience in pitching project with c-level
3. All level should have accounting background
4. Experience in MIS or AIS is highly preferable

Job Description:

• Leading end-to-end ERP Consulting projects to solve or improve clients accounting or financial processes as their required such as report managing, transaction handling or supporting account closing process, etc.
• Provide expertise consulting by using best practice experiences in industry & business analysis to facilitate all clients requirements
• Manage the project design work streams as well as working with team to identify clients requirements, and design which functions or ERP systems suits with clients pain points, prototyping, plan processes, flow mapping, testing and also support team in any procedures and implementation
• Analyze market trends and manage budget of all projects
• Working with Business Development Team and clients to simplify all engagements such as SOW or proposal development as well as client presentation
• Solve any problems that occurs during the process, supervise team members, giving recommendation and also keep strong relationship with clients

Requirements:

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in accounting system implementation, ERP consulting or related field
• Certified NetSuite Professional is preferable
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
