Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling a company's product over the telephone including contacting potential customers, giving information related to sales / marketing campaigns, focusing on customer needs to close sales and find opportunity to drive ND, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
  • Type of customer: take care of new / potential customer whose small scales and/or in remote areas including on ordering process and product & campaign enquiries by customer.
  • Keep high engagement with customer via tele-conversation to ensure customers satisfaction
  • Ensure all ordering process from taking order to uploading into the system are accurate by timeline

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experiences in tele-sales, or sales background with a

    bility to engage customers in tele-conversation
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good skill in sales

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively

  • Fair in English (email & speaking)
