About the job Corporate Finance Assistant Manager (Real Estate)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies, including developing financial models and analyses
- Forecast the company's short-term and long-term cash position using cash flow models
- Create reports for financial institutions or investors
- Manage credit facilities such as term loans, project finance, or debentures
- Oversee due diligence and the structuring of loans or equity investments
- Participate in company budgeting
- Maintain positive relationships with financial institutions or investors.
- Supervise and coach 2 subordinates
Qualifications:
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- At least 8-10 years of experience in corporate finance and investment roles
- Experience in Real Estate or Property Development industry
- Experience in financial modeling, planning, and analysis of company investments
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication, and managerial skill
- Good command in English both written and spoken
