Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility studies, including developing financial models and analyses
  • Forecast the company's short-term and long-term cash position using cash flow models
  • Create reports for financial institutions or investors
  • Manage credit facilities such as term loans, project finance, or debentures
  • Oversee due diligence and the structuring of loans or equity investments
  • Participate in company budgeting
  • Maintain positive relationships with financial institutions or investors.
  • Supervise and coach 2 subordinates

Qualifications:

  • Thai native speaker
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in corporate finance and investment roles
  • Experience in Real Estate or Property Development industry
  • Experience in financial modeling, planning, and analysis of company investments
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication, and managerial skill
  • Good command in English both written and spoken
