About the job Brand Manager - Skincare / Cosmetics / Pharmaceutical

  1. Develop and execute business plans for branding, marketing, and commercial activities.
  2. Lead new product concepts and launch strategies.
  3. Contribute ideas, KPIs, and tactical plans to achieve company goals.
  4. Coordinate and oversee teams, departments, and external partners in Sales, Trade, Marketing, and NPD.
  5. Act as the main contact for internal departments, business partners, agencies, and third parties for brand activities.
  6. Assist in budgeting and take responsibility in P&L management for financial targets.
  7. Efficiently manage tasks within budget and timelines.
  8. Monitor competitors and handle tactical campaigns, manage consumer and research projects, and produce requested reports and analyses.
  9. Provide support for other strategic activities and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  1. A Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Health and Beauty; Skincare / Cosmetics / Pharmaceutical market or related fields with strong passion in these industries.
  2. Proficient in Marketing; New Product Development (NPD), New Product Launch (NPL), Brand Management, Marketing Strategies and Communication, Offline and Online Marketing, Advertising, PR, and related functions.
  3. Experienced in P&L management and possesses strong self-motivation and creativity and up-to-date with current trends and best practices.
  4. Possesses a pleasant personality and excellent communication and coordination skills in Thai and English.
