- Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Assist clients in navigating the office and announce their arrival when necessary.
- Help ensure workplace security by issuing, verifying, and collecting badges as needed and maintaining visitor logs.
- Support various administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, note-taking, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms for use.
- Handle phone calls professionally and direct them as required.
- Aid colleagues with administrative duties and tackle impromptu tasks.
- Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments.
- Assist in facility management to maintain a proper and functional workspace.
- Manage and communicate employee activities through company media and HR channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- Possess previous experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
- Maintain a consistent, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Be friendly and proactive.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Have good time management abilities.
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to various tasks as needed.
