Strategy and PMO Manager

• Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) and present updates on People initiatives to management.
• Develop people strategies aligned with company goals, covering corporate structure, performance management, and career development.
• Analyze the People experience, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions for continuous improvement.
• Implement recommended people solutions, collaborating with stakeholders for growth and optimized processes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of working experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to efficiently handle multiple tasks are essential.
• A consulting background with robust analytical skills and project management expertise is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
