Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of working experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to efficiently handle multiple tasks are essential.
- A consulting background with robust analytical skills and project management expertise is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
