About the job Customer Service and Distribution Manager

  • In Charge of Customers interface, professionally response to customer, manage customers orders / order enquiry / delivery / claim / complaint by coordinate and align in same direction with Sales team.

  • Steer Distribution process and operation to improve and upgrade be benchmark level and increase competitiveness.

  • Improve Order management process and compliance, set up process to reduce gap of communication and operation related to Customer.

  • Improve Order handling process by tracking / monitoring / make an analysis to understand each Customers order trend.

  • Improve loading & delivery time to customers, address internal / external issue and propose option / solution to key stakeholders to take decision and actions.

  • Improve internal packing process / movement of finish goods workflow / minimize potential gap to ensure goods in good condition to deliver to customers.

  • Cooperate and involved parties updated about Order & Delivery plan or improvement, any change related to customer be aligned with Sales team / WH / Planning.
