Job Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive strategy to drive the growth of the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products and other lending revenue streams in line with company overall goals and objectives.
• Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform the development of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to align strategies and optimise results.
• Identify and grow new business opportunities with potential partnerships to expand the reach of our BNPL and lending services.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance existing UX/UI and develop new offerings to meet customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing customer feedback, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing optimisation strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive awareness and adoption of our BNPL product and lending services.
• Monitor campaign performance and metrics, making data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes relating to BNPL product and lending services, ensuring compliance and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy or related studies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with E-Lending or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products for e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of lending models, principles, and payment industry trends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations for BNPL product and lending services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
