About the job Personal Assistant to Management (Health and Beauty)
- Responsible for managing the managers calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Create and distribute meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, including confidential documents and correspondence.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the Manager, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist with coordination and execution of special projects, events, and presentations assigned by the manager.
- Manage expenses and reimbursements, including reconciling credit card statements and preparing expense reports.
- Offer administrative support to other executives and departments when required.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related fields.
- Direct 3-5 years of relevant experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant or secretary.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English are required to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is necessary.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential.
