HRBP / HR Business Partner Manager
About the job HRBP / HR Business Partner Manager
- Collaborate with department managers on HR matters, including role definition, disciplinary issues, labor law compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Work with managers to create tailored people strategies, covering workforce planning, recruitment, and development.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and organizational structures as needed.
- Act as a visible coach for front-line managers during change, focusing on people management and development, including career progression and talent management.
- Contribute to designing and implementing training programs for line function employees.
- Strengthen the connection between OD/HR and line functions by demonstrating corporate values throughout the HR management process and support interview activities. Be prepared for any additional assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Requires at least a Bachelor's degree, and having a Master's in HR or Organizational Development is a plus.
- Needs a minimum 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Organizational Development roles.
- Must excel in analyzing staffing issues and advising on recruitment, training, and development, especially for sales and distribution teams.
- Demonstrates deep knowledge of HR principles, Compensation and Benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in understanding sales processes, distribution systems, and skilled in providing support, issue resolution, and change management guidance.
