About the job Personal Assistant to CEO / Secretary
Responsibilities
- Carry out general secretarial duties and provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's schedule and helping to organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
- Checking written work for accuracy, structure, and content organization.
- Prepare a presentation and an organized, detailed meeting agenda.
- Compiles and evaluates data to create reports.
- Hold meetings with individuals, interest groups, and other parties on behalf of the boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- By keeping information private, management confidence is upheld, and operations are safeguarded.
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any fields.
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in organization.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills with discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload with good personality, mature, flexible and eager to take new challenges.
- Skilled in MS Office and related with excellent verbal and written English skills
- Be able to travel across Thailand.
