About the job Marketing Executive - Retail
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy for both online and offline channels, with a focus on budget and timeline management.
- Ensure consistent brand image across all marketing and communication activities, including campaigns, promotions, and various communication channels.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners involved in joint marketing and communication activities, ensuring smooth implementation and collaboration.
- Oversee and execute marketing projects, including corporate identity design, advertising, sales kits, brochures, exhibitions, events, media relations, publications, and internal communications.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives by managing website content, email marketing campaigns, and social media activities, while also maintaining and expanding the campaign CRM database.
- Compile monthly reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for campaign optimization, while also building and maintaining relationships with relevant associations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in managing marketing campaigns and/or digital marketing in the retail industry.
- Strong English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), along with qualities; accountability, teamwork, enthusiasm, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
