- Significant 2-5 years of experience in training and development, to align initiatives with organizational goals.
- Strong training expertise, including knowledge of methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to interact effectively and identify training needs.
- Technology proficiency, business acumen, compliance knowledge, and a focus on continuous learning and problem-solving.
