National Sales Manager
About the job National Sales Manager
- Lead the sales team to achieve short and long-term business goals, boost profits, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Translate marketing strategies into daily sales and promotional tactics, and ensure Sales Managers execute them effectively while gathering market feedback for continuous improvement.
- Vigilantly track actual sales versus forecasts, investigating any deviations to ensure alignment with marketing plans and meet sales-related KPIs.
- Foster relationships with key customers, industry associations, and government representatives to accomplish division objectives.
- Manage the expense budget, allocate funds wisely, and regularly monitor performance.
- Provide necessary training and skills development to the team, handling recruitment, retention, development plans, and succession planning.
- Actively identify and present new business opportunities and improvement suggestions to senior management.
- Coach sales managers to enhance their capabilities as per business requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Science, Business, Management, or equivalent.
- A minimum 8-10 years of relevant sales and management experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Nutrition, Supplement, Pharmaceutical or Hospital industry.
- Exhibit strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, and work effectively in a team.
- Possess Business level in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
