Operations Manager - Beauty Retail

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple beauty retail stores, addressing operational issues and ensuring smooth functioning.
• Train and supervise store staff, set performance targets, and implement employee development programs.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and optimize stock levels based on sales data and demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing store layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Drive sales growth by analyzing performance data, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues.
• Implement streamlined processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Foster strong supplier relationships, manage budgets, prioritize safety, and stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to remain competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related fields.
• Experienced in the Retail business, with knowledges of Store Operations, managing various departments, or overseeing operations for brands or chains.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis, identifying trends, optimizing processes, and resolving operational issues.
• Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams, delegate tasks effectively, resolve conflicts, conduct performance evaluations, and implement training programs.
• Proficiency in English with strong command and fluency in verbal and written communication.
