Senior Client Advisor - Luxury Watch (Chiang Mai)

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Client (Chiangmai) Advisory to join our luxury watch and jewelry business. As a Senior Client Advisory, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our high-end clientele, building long-lasting relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team, management, and suppliers to ensure that we provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to high-end clientele on luxury watches and jewelry
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for the client
• Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity
• Attend trade shows, events, and other industry-related activities to network and increase brand awareness
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management on product offerings, customer needs, and market trends
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
• Work collaboratively with the sales team, management, and suppliers to achieve sales objectives
