Responsibilities
- Establish a strong leadership brand by inspiring others through passion, integrity, and appreciation.
- Create opportunities to drive impact by leveraging each persons strengths to build high performing teams.
- Build lasting relationships across a diverse network between partners, directors, managers and consultants as well as stakeholders & clients.
- Formulate effective sales & business development strategies into a compelling team vision.
- Engage directly with high profile industry clients on their most important and challenging issues including defining the technology strategy, architecture and operating model for incumbent banks looking to transform themselves or neo banks, running the technology work stream for a large M&A program or developing a cloud transformation roadmap.
- Defining corporate strategy and work with our clients as trusted advisors throughout their journey.
- Work with cross functional teams to shape up and deliver new opportunities.
- Ensure actual implementation for strategies and projects with clients.
- Collaborate with our global firm network to deliver cutting-edge technology projects for clients within a specific industry, e.g. Automotive, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer, Financial Services, Health & Life Science, or Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT), et.c
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related studies.
- MBA graduate is highly preferred.
- Over 10 years of mixed work experience in management consulting or a specific industry working directly with Japanese clientele within SEA region. **At least 2 years in senior management position.
- Exceptional business development and sales skill.
- Strong expertise in either industries but not limited to:
- Automotive
- Energy & Natural Resources
- Consumer
- Financial Services
- Life Sciences
- Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT)
- Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
- Tech-savvy and proficiency in tech and data methodologies is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English (TOEIC 800, IELTS 6.5)
- Japanese language proficiency is preferred but not required.
- A fit to consulting lifestyle and ability to travel within the region
