About the job Group Region Manager

1) Sales planning and product sales tracking

-Receive sales targets from head office/division and analyze information of areas under responsibility to distribute the goals appropriately

- Set sales and marketing plans at the sector level to support the achievement of the goals received.

- Advise the area manager on sales planning. And check the suitability of the sales plan of each area.

- Pushing for the sale of credit products and various products such as insurance to be accurate as specified by the company and suitable for customers.

-Build and maintain relationships with key partners of the sector. Including following up on sales results with such partners, such as partner banks, key agents, to support sales to achieve targets.

- Drive the opening of new sales channels according to the guidelines set by the company

- Coordinate directly with BAY in case of large customers

-Coordinate with RCS, ACS, RM and relevant agencies to visit sales channels.

- Follow up on the sales performance of the area compared to the plan and analyze to find ways to drive the target to be as specified.

- Give advice to area managers to solve problems and drive sales to suit the situation.

- Arranging a meeting with the responsible area manager at least once a month to follow up on performance and communicate various information.

- Arranging a meeting with the area manager and branch managers in charge at least once a month to follow up on performance and communicate various information

-Receive and transmit news from the area manager to the head office.

- Follow up on the work of the area manager to meet the goals.

- Visit the branch to follow up on the sales progress of the branch.

2) Credit review and approval

- Consultation for checking and approving credit Evaluate the suitability of credit granting and approve credit lines according to the amount and criteria set by the company.

3) Debt Management

- Follow up on debt balance information of areas under responsibility and give advice to area managers in debt collection management in order to meet the goals and guidelines set by the company.

4) Marketing

- Consider finding new marketing approaches for branches.

- Follow up on branch marketing Including being a leader in marketing or doing local activities with branches from time to time to create an example method.

5) Cash Management

- Control and follow up on the branch's expense management.

6) Team Management

- set performance goals Follow up on performance evaluation and give advice to solve problems and develop the work of the incumbent.

- Teach work and develop the abilities of subordinates.

- Allocate and plan manpower

-Provide advice and advice to the Human Resources Department regarding training courses or development of subordinates or work teams.

7) Office administration

- Control and follow up the administration of the office.
