  • Develop a monthly work plan.
  • Present product offerings and prepare accompanying sales documentation.
  • Conduct customer visits.
  • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Acquire knowledge about the products and understand the sales structures within government sectors, private sectors, and medical universities.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless sales transactions with customers.
  • Process and reconcile work-related expenses.
  • Conduct research to identify potential new customers.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new customers.
  • Compile and analyze customer data.
  • Provide product samples for customer evaluation.
  • Present product offerings to potential customers.
  • Coordinate with the accounting and finance departments to manage necessary documentation.
  • Develop an annual sales plan and establish sales targets for the team.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve the company's sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in sales management with 2-3 years of experience in team management. Medical device business is preferred.
  • Strong experience in managing hospital channel with solid background in dealing with KOLs.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Willing to travel nationwide.
