  • Create a sales activation strategy and guarantee the successful execution of all sales performance plans with a strong focus on efficiency and effective monitoring within the designated area.
  • Implement marketing activation initiatives, both in-store and out-store, within the responsible areas, ensuring productivity and effectiveness.
  • Carry out customer recommendations as part of our service.
  • Conduct business reviews with key account customers.
  • Formulate and present annual customer plans, sales projections, and product forecasts.
  • Evaluate and keep abreast of market conditions, and provide plans and recommendations to the Regional Sales Manager to meet business targets.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to tailor our approach to match the unique characteristics and needs of each customer's business.
  • Maintain proper stock management practices to prevent shortages at stores.
  • Act as a positive brand ambassador and cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers.
