Investor Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The Investor Relations Manager is accountable for effectively communicating financial and business-related information to investors, analysts, and stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening relationships to instill confidence among external parties.

Job Description:

• Develop materials such as earnings releases, presentations, and press releases for earnings calls, industry events, roadshows, and analyst meetings
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing market trend updates, and managing concerns
• Devise and execute customized investor relations strategies and activities aligned with clients' specific needs.
• Offer strategic guidance in financial communications, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement
• Collaborate with the corporate secretary team to ensure regulatory compliance and prepare necessary documents
• Generate financial analysis reports and presentations for executives, highlighting business performance, stakeholder concerns, and competitor actions.
• Prepare quarterly reports on related party transactions and monthly management reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in investor relations or client management
• Profound knowledge of Thai securities laws, SET regulations, and corporate governance practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
• Ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Capability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinking with the ability to provide guidance and insights.
