Center Development Manager - English language Institute

About the Company:

This EdTech firm specializes in providing personalized 1-on-1 English instruction. With the recent launch of two flagship language centers in Bangkok, the company aims to further expand its presence, especially within Central Group malls.

Position Summary:

The organization seeks a Center Development Manager to spearhead expansion initiatives by securing flagship locations in Central Group malls. The ideal candidate should possess experience with Central Group or have a background in assisting educational brands (or similar) in establishing retail spaces in prime locations. Candidates with leasing experience or strong connections within Central mall leasing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the expansion strategy into Central Group malls, focusing on obtaining flagship sites.

- Establish and nurture relationships with Central's leasing team and key decision-makers.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful center launches.

- Leverage retail expansion or leasing experience within Central to effectively navigate negotiations and site selection.

- Oversee the entire process from securing the location to the grand opening.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience working with Central Group or opening retail/education spaces in Central malls.

- Strong connections within the Central leasing team or relevant stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and site development.

- Experience in retail, education, or leasing is preferred.

- Open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
