  • Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy encompassing recruitment, development, and employee relations.
  • Supervise all HR operations, including employee onboarding and retirement, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legal standards.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget for the overall department, covering all human resources, administrative, and IT-related matters.
  • Establish and enforce human resources and company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources systems.
  • Design, develop, and oversee the recruitment workflow, documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as the liaison and negotiator with the Labor Union.
  • Oversee general affairs to ensure uninterrupted company operations.
  • Supervise IT operations to ensure compliance with IT audit requirements and standards.
  • Participate in executive, management, and staff meetings, as well as attend other relevant meetings or seminars.
  • Provide education and training to team members.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Political science, Law or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in English; proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Labor Law.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Flexible, tenacious, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
