- Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy encompassing recruitment, development, and employee relations.
- Supervise all HR operations, including employee onboarding and retirement, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legal standards.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for the overall department, covering all human resources, administrative, and IT-related matters.
- Establish and enforce human resources and company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources systems.
- Design, develop, and oversee the recruitment workflow, documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Act as the liaison and negotiator with the Labor Union.
- Oversee general affairs to ensure uninterrupted company operations.
- Supervise IT operations to ensure compliance with IT audit requirements and standards.
- Participate in executive, management, and staff meetings, as well as attend other relevant meetings or seminars.
- Provide education and training to team members.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Political science, Law or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in English; proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Labor Law.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Flexible, tenacious, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
