  • Generate reports on recruitment activities, KPIs, and talent acquisition metrics, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record with at least 8-10 years of professional background in recruitment with experience using data analytics to optimize processes and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, industry best practices, and familiarity with recruitment technology trends.
  • Excellent communication skill to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and effectively present data-driven insights.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Able to effectively communicate and convey ideas in English with fluency and accuracy.
