HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and analyze workforce requirements, both current and future, and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Conduct job analysis to identify specific skills, qualifications, and experience needed for employees in warehouses or distribution centers. Create accurate job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Build relationships with external partners to access their candidate networks.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and perform interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills and experience, and alignment with the organization's values.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to shortlist candidates, make informed hiring decisions, coordinate additional interviews or assessments, negotiate job offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the offer process.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employer brand. Utilize various channels to showcase the company's culture, values, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years in experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a focus on transportation and warehouse management positions with strong knowledge and understanding the industry.
• Proficiency in diverse sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, networks, associations, and recruitment agencies in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimizing processes.
• Demonstrated strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, including a track record of successfully managing teams and fostering collaboration with stakeholders from various functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a valuable asset.
• Fluency in English is highly desired.
