Our client is Wellness Center, seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRM Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing various customer retention strategies, campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn rate.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Develop and implement a loyalty program that incentivizes customers to return and refer friends and family to our wellness center.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create relevant and engaging content for email and social media campaigns.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback to ensure a positive reputation for our wellness center.
- Regularly report on customer retention metrics, campaign performance, and loyalty program effectiveness to senior management.
