Job Scope 

  • Evaluate profiles of job candidates, conduct interviews, and make job offers.
  • Coordinate the orientation and onboarding process for employees, with the assistance of a planner and scheduler.
  • Manage the budget and maintain records of compensation and benefits, submitting them to the finance department for updates.
  • Supervise the welfare committee, employee engagement initiatives, and HRBP and performance evaluations.
  • Manage all internal communication for the Thailand-based organization's employees, utilizing different channels for both domestic and international communication.
  • Develop and monitor the budget for office expenditures, which includes renovation expenses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any fields with at least 3-4 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills and be skilled in managing stakeholders.
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude is also necessary.
