Job Scope
- Evaluate profiles of job candidates, conduct interviews, and make job offers.
- Coordinate the orientation and onboarding process for employees, with the assistance of a planner and scheduler.
- Manage the budget and maintain records of compensation and benefits, submitting them to the finance department for updates.
- Supervise the welfare committee, employee engagement initiatives, and HRBP and performance evaluations.
- Manage all internal communication for the Thailand-based organization's employees, utilizing different channels for both domestic and international communication.
- Develop and monitor the budget for office expenditures, which includes renovation expenses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any fields with at least 3-4 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills and be skilled in managing stakeholders.
- A positive and self-motivated attitude is also necessary.
