- Manage the daily activities of the sales staff in order to achieve and surpass the pre-set membership sales targets.
- Recruit, train, inspire, place, and keep top-performing sales team members.
- Manage and grow current corporate clients through activities and events to produce corporate sales leads that can result in sales
- Establish connections with the HR department and other corporate customers' stakeholders to promote participation in corporate wellness
- Develop your sales plan further, put it into practice, and handle the budgeting and reporting that goes along with it.
