Job Responsibility

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Understand the company's sales strategy and goals. Align your sales planning with these objectives.
    • Identify target markets, customer segments, and product/service offerings.
    • Develop a detailed sales plan that includes specific targets, timelines, and resources required.
    • Define pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
  • Sales Promotion Planning:

    • Determine the types of promotions that align with the sales strategy (e.g., discounts, bundles, loyalty programs).
    • Create a promotional calendar, considering seasonality, holidays, and industry trends.
    • Allocate resources for promotional activities and ensure they are integrated with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Sales Team Management:

    • Set clear sales targets for each team member based on their strengths and the overall sales plan.
    • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale.
    • Regularly review individual and team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Supporting Sales Team

        Provide regular communication, guidance, and resources to assist the sales team

   Qualification Requirement 

  • Bachelor Degree in related fields
  • Over 8 years experience of Sales in Real Estate Developer Business
  • Over 5 years experience of Sales Team Management 
  • English Competency
  • Able to travel on business trip to Pattaya frequently
