- Collaborate on tailored recruitment strategies and stay updated on industry trends.
- Evaluate candidates and collaborate on informed hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- About 5-8 years of strong knowledge and experience in data analytics, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and strategies.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software; Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot or other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for deriving insights from complex data sets.
- Understanding of recruitment industry trends and talent acquisition strategies.
- Effective communication skills for conveying findings and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing and analyzing large volumes of data.
- Ability to work collaboratively, continuously learn, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Possesses advanced proficiency in English.
