Qualifications

  • About 5-8 years of strong knowledge and experience in data analytics, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software; Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot or other relevant programming languages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for deriving insights from complex data sets.
  • Understanding of recruitment industry trends and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying findings and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing and analyzing large volumes of data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, continuously learn, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Possesses advanced proficiency in English.
