Job Scope
- Offer daily guidance to management in matters of performance management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department and managers to develop and implement HR policies and practices that effectively support the strategic growth of the business.
- Take charge of managing and resolving intricate employee relations issues, conducting thorough and unbiased investigations.
- Stay updated on legal requirements pertaining to the day-to-day management of employees, ensuring compliance, minimizing legal risks, and maintaining regulatory adherence.
- Engage in project management activities like succession planning, talent management, performance calibration, and promotions.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics, working alongside the HR department to gain valuable insights.
- Actively contribute to maintaining a deep understanding of blue-collar and white-collar job natures and effectively apply this knowledge in HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- A minimum 10 years of HRBP experience, including 4-5 years in team management with strong leadership skill.
- Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the complexities and demands of both blue-collar and white-collar job roles, particularly in the logistics or manufacturing sectors.
- Direct experience of working in a fast-paced business environment.
- Exhibits strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
- Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
- Displays outstanding abilities in people management, communication, and presentation.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
