Credit Strategic Planning Manager (Leasing)

Client Information:
Our client is one of the most well-known Japanese leasing company in Thailand where having many branches around our country.

They are currently looking for Credit Strategic Planning Manager which is a NEW position and have to work closely with Top Managements and doesn't have subordinate currently - to be responsible for the following details.

Job Description:

• Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify opportunities and risks in the auto leasing industry.
• Analyze clients based on creditworthiness and risk profiles to prevent non-performing loans (NPLs).
• Develop and Implement risk management strategies to ensure the credit quality and portfolio performance as well as to attract and acquire new clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align credit strategies with business goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations on credit portfolio performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Provide or initiate new tools, processes, or procedures for process improvement to ensure maximum efficiency

Qualifications:

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelors degree or higher in finance, accounting or related field
• 8-15 years of experience in credit management such as analyzing credit portfolio or proposing to improve credit quality, etc.
• MIS knowledge of experience is advantage
• Experience in managing team is highly preferable
• Very good command in English
