Our client, a Global Law Firm in Sandton is looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the firm's services. This role will play a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. The Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator will also be responsible for managing and optimizing the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital strategy and campaign management:
- Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO (search engine optimization), and PPC (pay per click).
- Coordinate with the Clients & Markets team to create cohesive brand messages across all digital platforms.
Social media management:
- Manage the firm's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and lead generation.
SEO and Website Management:
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with lawyers, the communications team and other stakeholders to produce informative and compliant content that resonates with the target audience.
- Coordinate with web developers to ensure the site structure and content are aligned with SEO best practices.
Email Marketing:
- Work closely with communications and event teams to design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep current clients informed.
CRM System Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the CRM system (InterAction), ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
Data Management and Integrity:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data within the CRM system (InterAction).
Skills and Experience Required:
- Formal tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC (pay per click), email marketing, and social media best practices.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- CRM software exposure (on InterAction would be an advantage)
- Sound working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Photography skills would be an advantage.
Salary & Remuneration:
Market Related.
