Responsibilities:

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory (AD), including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, and DHCP.
• Administer and optimize virtualization platforms, specifically Hyper-V.
• Implement and manage robust Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
• Conduct proactive system monitoring and performance analysis to ensure stability.
• Manage permissions, access controls, and security policies; ensure the timely application of patches and security updates.
• Administer Microsoft ecosystems including Exchange Server and Microsoft 365.
• Provide high-level Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support.
• Maintain detailed infrastructure diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead and participate in migration, upgrade, and infrastructure transformation projects.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• proven track record in Windows environment administration.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and Firewalls.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for task automation and scripting.
• Experience managing integrated on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
• Strong foundational knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Familiarity with industry-leading monitoring and backup enterprise tools.
