Responsibilities:

• Perform setup and configuration of Dynatrace (OneAgents, ActiveGate, service and infrastructure monitoring).

• Configure dashboards, alerts, and metrics to support continuous observability.

• Conduct troubleshooting and performance analysis, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.

• Optimize monitoring configurations and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end visibility.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration.

• Strong troubleshooting skills, including logs, metrics, and distributed tracing.

• Understanding of cloud or hybrid environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
