Responsibilities

  • Act as Technical Solution Owner (TSO) for the LIMS platform (LabVantage), ensuring continuous development, compliance, audit readiness, and standardized global usage.
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact between business stakeholders and the external vendor, managing dialogue and escalations.
  • Lead technical activities related to LIMS implementation, including platform setup, configuration, performance monitoring, and integrations (e.g., ERP and test equipment).
  • Drive platform development through the RFC process: challenge business priorities, specify requirements, create and execute test scripts, and ensure compliant documentation and validation activities.
  • Provide global technical support, manage recurring incidents and problem management, and participate in on-call rotation.
  • Establish and maintain system documentation (including ITRM, change management, and validation records) in line with regulatory and internal IT standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, supporting operational deployment, monitoring, reporting, and continuous optimization of processes.
  • Deliver training materials and conduct train-the-trainer sessions to support business users.


Requirements

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in IT, Engineering, or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of specialist experience with LIMS platforms (LabVantage experience is a strong advantage).
  • Experience in international organizations and cross-border collaboration.
  • Strong business understanding and project participation experience.
  • Solid knowledge of system integrations, validation processes, and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, QA processes).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with a structured and quality-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Result-, customer-, and cost-oriented approach, with the ability to mentor junior specialists and drive continuous improvement.
