Senior LIMS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Solution Owner (TSO) for the LIMS platform (LabVantage), ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and global standardization
  
• Serve as the main point of contact between business and vendor, managing communication and escalations
  
• Lead LIMS implementation and technical activities (configuration, integrations, performance)
  
• Manage changes through the RFC process (requirements, testing, validation, documentation)
  
• Provide global support, handle incidents, and participate in on-call rotation
  
• Maintain documentation and ensure audit and regulatory compliance
  
• Collaborate with international teams and drive continuous improvement
  

• Deliver training and support business users

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with LIMS (LabVantage is a plus)
• Experience in international environments
• Knowledge of integrations, validation, and IT frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management skills
• Results-driven mindset with mentoring capabilities
