Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events).

• Customize portals, workflows, business rules, and integrations.

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Ensure platform best practices, performance, and security.

• Support releases, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with HRSD (Employee Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events).

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English
