Responsibilities:

• Manage IT demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio backlog.
• Coordinate with Business Units and communicate prioritization decisions.
• Ensure security and compliance validation for IT requests.
• Support transition activities, handovers, reporting, and governance processes.
• Act as the main contact between IT and business stakeholders, managing priorities and escalations

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in IT Demand, Portfolio, or Business Relationship Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills.
• Experience in reporting and governance activities.
• Fluent English required.
