Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the migration to Windows 11 with end users and on-site support teams.

• Test, install, configure, and document applications on Windows 11; manage vendor coordination when upgrades are required.

• Migrate application data from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and ensure full operational readiness.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and lab equipment connectivity issues during migration.

• Handle incidents and service requests for Lab PCs and Kiosk PCs, and provide end-user training when needed.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Experience in Windows OS migration projects (Windows 10 to Windows 11).

• Strong skills in application deployment, compatibility testing, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of network connectivity and peripheral/laboratory equipment support.

• Ability to manage incidents in a structured IT environment (ticketing systems).

• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical teams, vendors, and end users.
