What you will do:

• Own and manage the AI chatbot product roadmap and backlog.

• Drive delivery and adoption of enterprise and internal AI chatbot solutions.

• Coordinate with business, AI, IT, security, and compliance teams.

• Ensure secure, compliant, and ethical use of Generative AI.

• Monitor usage, performance, and costs, driving continuous optimization.

• Lead user adoption, training, and feedback initiatives.

You will be a great match if you have:

• Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in AI or digital products.

• Strong understanding of Generative AI and conversational AI.

• Comfortable operating in enterprise-scale, regulated environments.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • AI Chatbots: Enterprise AI chat platforms, internal conversational AI solutions

  • Generative AI: Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering

  • Product & Delivery: Agile / Scrum tools
