Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute application enhancements, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management
- Coordinate corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with defined architecture standards and guidelines
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor SLAs and KPIs
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve incidents and issues
- Support continuous improvement of application services and processes
You'll be a great match if you have:
- Proven experience in application service management, preferably in SAP environments
- Strong knowledge of information systems, integrations, and middleware
- Experience in multi-system environments (highly valued)
- Ability to perform functional analysis and understand business processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities and/or SAP Cloud for Utilities (preferred)
- Higher education degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
