Responsibilities:

• Lead design and migration of financial and retail master data objects in partnership with business stakeholders and ERP implementation partners.
• Deep dive into business processes and master data mapping to prepare robust solution designs.
• Drive master data migration activities, including mapping, analyses, load files, and test scripts.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes and designs.
• Support process owners, business analysts, and SMEs with functional analyses and best practices.
• Implement data standardization and harmonization across the master data lifecycle.
• Co-design integration and distribution frameworks for master data.
• Provide training to end-users on master data concepts and data entry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Master Data Analyst (or similar role), with hands-on data migration expertise.
• Experience in enterprise-wide SAP implementations, ideally with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP FICO and/or SAP Retail modules.
• Understanding of key business processes such as R2R, OTC, and P2P, and related Master Data concepts in SAP.
• Familiarity with data management tools/technologies: SAP, ETL, data quality tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive, proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (Thai is an advantage for local collaboration).
