Responsibilities:

• Creation, update, and management of extensions

• Development and maintenance of dashboards

• Configuration of monitoring mechanisms aligned with DOC and IIMC requirements

• Analysis, diagnosis, and follow-up of product-related incidents

• Root cause identification and support in implementing corrective actions

• Track relevant performance indicators

• Support consolidation, analysis, and reporting activities

• Contribute to audits and compliance processes
