Responsibilities

• Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments.
• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incidents, perform initial diagnostics, apply standard procedures, and escalate when necessary.
• Implement and maintain dashboards to monitor environments and production plans.
• Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes.
• Maintain and update operational documentation and monitoring procedures.
• Participate in on-call support rotation.

Requirements

• Experience in IT technical support or operations (N1/N2).
• Knowledge of ticketing and CMDB tools such as JIRA and GLPI.
• Hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL), Windows, monitoring tools (Nagios, Centreon), and scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with data integration and interactive dashboard design using ELK stack, Kibana, or Grafana.
• Availability for on-call duties.
• Fluency in French (mandatory).
