Application Support Engineer

What you'll be doing:

• Maintain and support test and production application environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and operational issues.
• Execute SQL scripts and support application deployments and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability and continuous improvement.

You'll be a great match if you have;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Java backend development.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL, Jenkins, XL Deploy (XLD), XL Release (XLR), and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
