Junior Functional Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements for information systems.
• Create functional specifications and user documentation.
• Model processes using UML and/or BPMN.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Use Azure DevOps and SharePoint to support project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling (UML/BPMN).
• Experience creating user documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
