What you'll be doing:

• Lead and mentor the EUC/UCC teams, managing performance and service delivery.
• Own the endpoint environment, including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, application packaging, patch management, and Windows lifecycle.
• Drive endpoint security using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, AppLocker, and Conditional Access.
• Lead DEX and automation initiatives with Nexthink, PowerShell, and Terraform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service quality, governance, and SLA compliance.

You'll be a great match if you have: 

• 7+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security.
• Experience with application packaging, patch management, PowerShell, Terraform, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint hardening.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (B2+).
