Senior System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of our Windows environment, including Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365 (Office 365) administration and support.
• Administer and maintain our core virtualization platforms, specifically VMware and Nutanix.
• Oversee the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of the entire organizational network infrastructure (e.g., routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the systems team, ensuring best practices and efficient operation.
• Lead and execute IT infrastructure projects, managing timelines, resources, and successful deployment.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Proven, senior-level experience in Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware and Nutanix virtualization technologies.
• Extensive experience in network administration and security.
• Demonstrable experience in IT project management.
• Prior experience providing technical direction or supervision to a small team.
